Loaded Baked Potato Fries Recipe

If ”everything” is what you like on your fries, then this recipe is for you!

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Green Giant® Veggie Fries® Broccoli & Cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450° Lightly coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Spread Veggie Fries on prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove baking sheet from oven and use a spatula to flip the fries over.
Bake for another 8-10 minutes, until crispy.
Remove from oven and add to a heatproof serving platter.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted.
Meanwhile, combine sour cream and ranch dressing mix in a small bowl.
To serve, top Veggie Fries with green onions and ranch sour cream.
